- Download µTorrent from "http://www.utorrent.com/download.php" and install it
- Choose your bandwidth setting and click Ok
- Go to Options > Preferences or use the shortcut Ctrl + P

- At “Global Upload Rate Limiting” enter half you maxmimum upstream speed
eg: Maximum Up Speed = 50KB/sec
enter 25KB/sec - At “Number of connections” set the “global maximum number of connections” to 75
- Click “Ok”
- Download the Torrent File above & open it with µTorrent
- The download will start automatically
